Phoenix has risen from the ashes! They never burned out, but I’m trying to use their name in a metaphor… so easy! After a long break from the French group, the first sounds from their upcoming project Bankrupt! have surfaced online with their upbeat indie rock single “Entertainment.” They released some teaser sounds on their Amazon page a while back, but the synth driven single “Entertainment” is the first real listen to the bands current sound. Bankrupt! is one of our most anticipated albums of the year, and after Zane Lowe premiered this cut via his BBC radio show our excitement has been rejuvenated.
