When the sound comes through the speakers, my room lights up – like “Sunshine In Stereo” you’ve invaded the darkness and lit my world.

Music has the energy to bring hope to the hopeless, like stars blinking on at night, piercing the void to show it’s true power – and to bring out ours.

“‘Sunshine In Stereo'” is about my love of music and sitting in my room as a kid obsessively listening to artists I loved. It was like a ray of sunshine was coming out of my stereo speakers. It’s a really honest story about those childhood times, so the song is very close to my heart. I love what Pablo Nouvelle has done with the track; he added a real freshness to it and breathed life into an old demo,” says Andreya Triana.

When it’s just me and the music, I don’t see the rain and the stormy weather. Sonic sun rays brush the tears off my face and I know that I’m never alone in music.

Even more powerfully, I’m aware that whatever I’m going through there is a song that can shine bright on my darkness, pulling me out of my own self-dug pit.
