All hail Bassnectar! For he is bass music’s true savior and nothing you can do or say will ever change that. Seriously, if there’s someone in this EDM industry that’s putting out more influential music than this dude, I’d be delighted to make their acquaintance. But c’mon, we all know that person doesn’t exist (*cough cough* Skrillex). Who said that? I swear it wasn’t me. Anyway, I was already an enormous fan of this musician when I watched him tear up Nashville on New Years Eve this past year,  and since witnessing that unforgettable performance, I’ve held him in higher regards than any other producer out there.

With his Noise Vs Beauty album due out in just about a month, Lorin Ashton has now brought us the third tune off of his forthcoming release. “You & Me” is the perfect summertime dubstep jam to fuel all those fun times to come under the sun! For any of you Midwesterners making the trek to Summer Camp this weekend, we’ll see you at Bassnectar’s set on Sunday night (from 10:30-11:45pm on the Moonshine Stage). Be sure to get there early. It’s going to be epic!
